Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
The service
Home Learning System offers a free Grade 2 skills check for parents plus a free personalized printable 7-Day Learning Plan. The skills check is a short snapshot: one question is a signal, not a verdict. Results and plans are educational support material, not a diagnosis, assessment of ability, or school-grade evaluation.
Accounts and your child's privacy
There are no child accounts and no child profiles. Parents use the service on behalf of their family. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.
Free plan access
Home Learning Compass currently provides the personalized 7-Day Learning Plan without a price, checkout or payment requirement. Private download links remain subject to retention, rate limits and acceptable-use controls.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempting to bypass access controls or rate limits, and no uploading unlawful content through feedback forms. We may limit or block abusive traffic to keep the service reliable for everyone.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
