Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect parent details only: your first name, an optional last-name initial, and your email address. We also store the answers given during the skills check so we can build the plan you asked for.

We don't ask for your child's name, birthdate, photo, school, or location, and there are no child accounts. We do keep the skills-check answers and any optional age band or learning setting you choose, because the pack is built from them. The skills check is answered with a parent present and results are addressed to the parent.

How we use it

• Score the skills check and show your result.
• Generate and deliver your plan (a service email with a private link).
• Generate, store and deliver your free personalized 7-Day Learning Plan.
• Send optional practice tips and updates — only if you separately tick the optional updates box. Service emails (scorecard, pack link) are sent regardless, because they deliver what you asked for. You can unsubscribe from optional emails at any time.

Attribution and analytics

If you arrive from an ad or link, we record only the campaign fields (such as utm_source), the domain of the site you came from (never the full address or page), and which of our pages you landed on (without any extra text in the address). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data.

Who processes your data

• Lovable Cloud (hosting, database and authentication) — Hosts the site and stores assessment results, orders and generated packs.
• PayPal — Retained for historical/dormant commerce only; the current free acquisition flow does not invoke PayPal.
• Lovable Emails (email delivery) — Sends transactional emails such as your pack link and follow-ups.

If we add an anti-abuse (bot-check) provider in future, it will be listed here and reviewed for privacy impact before it is switched on.

How long we keep it

• Generated packs and their private download links expire after 180 days.
• Abandoned skills checks with no parent details are removed after about 30 days.
• Historical order records, if any, are kept only as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your assessment and contact details at any time by emailing homelearningmastery@gmail.com. We delete on request, subject only to historical records we must keep for accounting.
